Transneft Kama Region has completed scheduled repairs of the following oil trunk pipelines (OTPs): Almetyevsk–Kuibyshev-1, Karabash–Almetyevsk–Kaleikino, Kaleikino–Nizhnekamsk Refinery and Kiyengop–Naberezhnye Chelny.

Transneft Kama Region has finished routine repairs at three oil trunk pipelines (OTPs): Kiyengop – Naberezhnye Chelny, Nozhovka – Mishkino – Kiyengop and Naberezhnye Chelny – Almetievsk.
On 5 April 2018, Transneft Kama Region conducted an emergency response drill (ERD) at the facilities of Kazan Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (RPD), as part of the certification of the professional emergency rescue team (PERT) and the non-regular emergency rescue team (NRERT), with 57 employees and 14 specialty vehicles involved.
