Transneft Kama Region, JSC completed planned work on two oil pipelines

Transneft Kama Region  has completed the scheduled work on Perm - Almetevsk, Surgut - Polotsk trunk oil pipelines (OTP). Repair activities were held during the period of 11-14 July 2017.

During the scheduled 72-hour-oil pipeline shutdown, the enterprise specialists replaced six gate valves on Perm - Almetevsk trunk oil pipeline and two stop valve items on Surgut - Polotsk OTP.

Safe work performance under no timeline was provided by work forces of Perm, Almetevsk and Romashkino Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate of Transneft Kama Region.

145 people and 54 units of equipment in total were recruited. Operations were accomplished in accordance with approved plan and within the time limits provided.

Oil transportation through Transneft Kama Region OTP was resumed as usual according to the schedule.
